We began watching City of Joy today in class and will continue tomorrow.

Today, we began looking at the Seven Years War which can be considered the first global conflict.

REMINDER:  Thursday will be our review game and Friday is the Enlightenment Test.

In class we discussed the Columbian Exchange.  We examined many products that became staples in regional food that was not indigenous to that region.

HOMEWORK:  Finish reading Chapter 16.
